Til100

Features

Start with a population estimate. Understand your own health history.

Til100 begins with a clear population-based life expectancy estimate, then uses the Apple Health data and checkup reports you choose to add to explain changes, follow trends, and focus on one next step.

Real app interface previewFixed fictional examples—not model output or anyone's health data.

First result

See your starting result, then add health details when you’re ready.

Age and population context unlock your starting result. Optional body measures, everyday function, habits, health history, treatment, and family context can be added later. Answers and progress are saved on your device.

The boundary is clear from your first result: age, region, and applicable sex at birth select the current official life-table result. Other answers improve data coverage or personalize the first action; a longer questionnaire alone does not make the headline age more accurate.

Today

See what your Current path is based on.

Your first result starts with one rounded Current path matched to confirmed age, region, and applicable sex-at-birth. On recurring Today, that slow-changing result becomes a compact long-term anchor beneath Today Signal. It is an early personal outlook, not an exact end date or complete personal prediction.

Stronger path names the confirmed blood pressure and lab data still needed. Habits, wearables, meals, and reports guide one realistic next step, but they do not invent lifespan years before a model passes external and subgroup validation.

Today Signal · daily-signal-v2

See how today compares with your own baseline.

Today Signal is a deterministic 0–100 daily state built from recent activity, sleep stability, resting heart rate, and HRV compared with your personal baseline. It shows the recent value, baseline, valid days, weight, source, and coverage behind the number.

An Early Signal can start from one complete 10-day factor, then upgrades to a Personal Signal when at least two factors have enough recent and baseline history. The maturity and factor coverage always stay visible; missing or stale data never becomes a low score.

Today Signal is not age, a diagnosis, mortality probability, or a clinical score. Its threshold never directly changes Current Path; wearable factors remain coaching-only until factor-specific evidence and validation gates pass.

Free: the exact formula, windows, weights, algorithm version, data rules, current limitations, and links to the original research.

Plan

How can I live longer? Start with one realistic change.

The weekly review explains what changed and why, then proposes a single focus for the week ahead.

Proposals are inert until you apply them. Nothing is saved to your plan because an assistant suggested it, and maintaining an existing habit counts as a supported week.

Free: the complete basic weekly review and one active recommendation.

Til100 Agent · native app

One longevity agent connects your data, research, prediction, and plan.

Til100 Agent is the app-wide intelligence layer for your data, habits, plans, sources, and evidence. It uses only the health context you allowed Til100 to structure, retrieves from a human-reviewed evidence library, and names the time window, coverage, confidence, source, and Research used behind a personal answer.

When lifespan is discussed, the agent selects and explains an approved, versioned prediction tool. It never invents years from a paper or from model memory. Today’s early Current Path still comes from the applicable official population life table until a stronger personal model passes external and subgroup validation.

When the next step is clear, it returns an editable plan draft instead of asking whether you want one. The draft is safe to ignore and changes nothing until you tap Apply. Confirmed goals and preferences can carry forward; inferred ones do not quietly become facts.

It can explain general wellness information, but it does not diagnose, adjust medication, invent missing health facts, or promise that one action will extend your life.

Available in the native app and included in Til100 1.0: grounded explanations and editable plan drafts within transparent usage limits.

Evidence

How accurate are life expectancy calculators?

Evidence & Accuracy remains free. It names the official life table, population, year, assumptions, distribution range, and limitations behind the starting estimate.

If a personal model later passes external and subgroup validation, this page will carry its cohort, calibration, uncertainty, subgroup results, and change history before those claims reach the headline result.

Free: everything required to understand the source, method, uncertainty, and limits.

Profile

Is Apple Health data private when you connect Til100?

Profile keeps connected sources, sync freshness, data readiness, consent, corrections, notifications, export, and deletion together instead of hiding them across settings.

You can see what each source contributes, revoke a category, correct a record, or leave. You can also hide lifespan numbers while keeping trends and actions. Notifications never reveal lifespan information.

Free: source controls, readiness, permissions, correction history, export, and deletion.

Boundaries

What Til100 does not do.

  • Diagnose a condition, or tell you to start or stop a medication.
  • Show a predicted end date, a countdown, or a precise number of days lost.
  • Claim a single accuracy percentage for a lifespan estimate.
  • Treat missing data as evidence of an unhealthy habit.
  • Put the methodology, your own charts, or privacy controls behind a paywall.
  • Let a language model invent a health result. The agent routes prediction through an approved, versioned tool.
  • Save an AI suggestion or inferred preference before you tap Apply.
  • Turn a Today Signal threshold into an automatic lifespan change.
