First launch

See your first estimate before creating an account.

About 3–4 minutes to a free result, with no account, no payment, and no health permission required to get there. You review every answer before Til100 builds the outlook.

  1. Know what you are about to see

The app explains what the result is before asking anything, and how long the questions will take.

  2. Answer 22 useful health details

Grouped across a short guided flow. Every group explains its purpose, optional answers can be skipped, and your draft is saved on this device.

  3. See your Current path and what is still missing

One rounded Current path, a broad range, data coverage, Stronger path readiness, source and limits, plus one starter action. No account and no payment required to see it.

  4. Connect health data when you are ready

Only after the result does the app offer to save it. You can then connect Apple Health, one category at a time.

Before you install

Eligibility

Til100 is for adults aged 18 and over.

Til100's personalized experience is available to people 18 and older. It is a general wellness product: it does not diagnose disease, guarantee a lifespan, or replace advice from a clinician.

Wearables are optional

Start without a wearable.

Apple Health can add context to your trends and next actions, but it is not required for your first result. In this version it does not change the population starting estimate. You decide whether and when to connect it.
